LIME's values are Love, Integrity, Mission, and Excellence.
Nicholas A. DeBlase, a Long Island, New York native, came to South Florida on vacation and loved it so much, he decided to make it home.
Growing up, Nicholas was an avid sports fan and player. Which, he feels, played a huge role in him developing his skills as a natural leader and self motivator.
After graduating from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor's degree in finance, he took a job as a data analyst in New York City. Nicholas had always been intrigued by the construction industry, so when an opportunity presented itself for him to get into it, he decided it was time to switch professions.
With a few years of experience under his belt, Nicholas was ready to move back to Florida, where he found an irresistible opportunity with LIME Painting of Boca Raton. “The LIME family Culture is something I've grown to cherish and is unlike anything I’ve experienced previously with other companies I’ve worked with.”
Nicholas is taking on the role of the Visual Reality Consultant for LIME Painting and will be working with clients directly, teaching them how to identify specific areas within their home or business which may be cause for concern, as well as providing them with adequate knowledge of how to fix these issues.
